This smallgoods wholesaler has been selling speciality meats and delicacies to butcheries for over two decades. The business had continued to operate effectively, but business growth had become stagnant and managers were spending too much time managing the receivables ledger. With plans to grow the business and take on more customers, cashflow became even more critical as the directors needed time to develop their customer relationships and operations strategies.
