Background:
Our client is a labour hire business operating in the traffic and management services industry, and the nature of their business means they need to pay their staff on a weekly basis. They were interested in expanding their business, so in 2015 they endeavoured to merge with two other companies to drive growth. Unfortunately, due to the incompatibility with the other directors of each business, our client decided to withdraw from these mergers and decided to grow their business organically which meant they needed a flexible and scalable funding solution.
