Background:
This labour hire startup was looking for a way to manage its cashflow in an ever-changing industry. Periods of growth, followed by downturns in customer requirements placed pressure on business owners to meet payroll obligations, amongst other concerns. The business’ director had prior experience of factoring and a referral from another labour hire firm led to a conversation with FactorONE.
